Protein Greek Yogurt Recipe

Boost your protein intake with this delicious and easy-to-make protein Greek yogurt. Perfect for breakfast, a snack, or a post-workout treat!



  • 3 large tbsp Greek yogurt or Skyr (yields about 10+ gr protein)
  • 1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder (yields about 20+ gr protein)
  • 1/2-1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp peanut butter


  1. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt or Skyr with the protein powder until well combined.
  2. Add the maple syrup and peanut butter, stirring until smooth.
  3. Top with your favorite berries.
  4. Enjoy!
