Protein Greek Yogurt Recipe
Boost your protein intake with this delicious and easy-to-make protein Greek yogurt. Perfect for breakfast, a snack, or a post-workout treat!
Ingredients:
- 3 large tbsp Greek yogurt or Skyr (yields about 10+ gr protein)
- 1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder (yields about 20+ gr protein)
- 1/2-1 tsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp peanut butter
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt or Skyr with the protein powder until well combined.
- Add the maple syrup and peanut butter, stirring until smooth.
- Top with your favorite berries.
