Do you want to exercise regularly, eat better and take better care of yourself but aren't sure where to start or how to find the time? SigrĂşn has created MOMENTUM, an online training system designed to help you achieve these goals!

MOMENTUM

This membership program offers group weekly email check-ins with motivation. The MOMENTUM-Workouts gives you access to five training plans:

  1. Low Intensity Plan
  2. CORE Training Plan
  3. POWER 16 High Intensity Plan
  4. GYM Plan
  5. Running Plan

Additionally, you’ll get two courses: a Food Course with a simple dietary approach and a Home Decluttering and Organization Course, as well as Meditation recordings.

Upon joining MOMENTUM, you'll have instant access to all training plans, courses, and meditation recordings, and be integrated into the current week of the program.

For week 1 of the program you'll receive an email inviting you to review your needs and sign up for one of four 2-week re-start challenges. If you join a re-start challenge, you’ll be guided through it via emails. In weeks 2 and 3, Sigrún goes live (with recordings available) to provide encouragement or discuss specific topics. Week 4 features an email prompting you to reflect on the past month.
